This is a gathering for all who identify as women. Together we will join in circle talk about the astrological new year. We will do a meditation guiding us in a spring time manifestation and vision board making, ending with a fire 🔥

Yoga Massage
For your Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Body……
This is restorative yoga with massage elements. In this class you will be propped with pillows, blankets, blocks and bolsters into supportive, restorative poses. While in these poses you will recive massage and gentle assisted stretching. The class will end with a Sound Healing Crystal Bowl Meditation.
You will also recive a bolster or foam roller as a gift for attending the class.

This is an IN PERSON Sound Healing Meditation with crystal bowls, bells, shakers, gongs and more. Come relax into this beautiful guided sound meditation inviting us into the beautiful energies of spring, which to me is the true new year. where everything is being reborn once again, starting fresh! PLUS A TAROT READING ON WHAT IS IN STORE FOR YOU THIS SPRING!!!

This Goddess Series is all about LEARNING not worshiping. Learning about these feminine powerhouse deities, their stories, teachings and lessons. How to work with them and embody their energies for healing, personal development and growth. I keep these sessions small so that we can all have time to share, ask questions and be seen in where we are.
This is a safe, non-judmental space where we leave our egos at the (virtual) door.
